Non-slip Tape - Standard Grit, 50mm wide x 18m long

Safety Stride's standard grit, non-slip tape, black has been used throughout Australian industry for the last 20 years. The 50mm wide roll is commonly used to add non-slip and colour contrast to the edge of low traffic stairs or on timber decking.

It should be noted that tape should be adhered to clean, smooth and sealed surfaces only - fixing to raw/unsealed concrete is unlikely to provide long last adhesion. For this reason 50mm wide grip tape is often used as a temporary stair compliance solution while aluminium stair nosing are seen as a more permanent solution.

• Roll is 50mm wide x 18 lineal metres long
• Abrasive surface comprised of 60# aluminium oxide mineral for a long service life
• Easy to install - self-adhesive / peel and stick, pressure sensitive adhesive backing
• P5 slip resistance according to AS 4568:2013 - rated for external/wet applications
• Not recommended for areas subject to vehicular use or long term high traffic environments (please see our TRAKA range for extremely heavy duty appliactions)
