Stair nosing stock levels
As a specialist in aluminium stair nosing since 2005, we carry several thousand lineal metres of stock at any given point of time. In the unlikely event that we have insufficient stock to produce an order, you will promptly be issued with a refund (as well as alternative product options if you prefer).

Dispatch lead times for stock items
1-3 business days

Dispatch lead times for 'cut to size' and other made to order items
Orders are usually cut and sent out within 3-10 business days of receipt. If you require something sooner, please contact us so we can work with your schedule. 

Shipping rates for online orders (1m long stair nosing, non-slip tapes etc.)
Rates are automatically calculated based on item weight, dimensions and destination. If a rate is shown which you think is too high, please contact us so we can manually check it against other carriers we use.

Shipping rates for 'cut to size' stair nosing quote requests
We will manually check with our network of carriers for the most competitive rate for your destination.

Australia post and sending to PO BOX & parcel locker addresses
Only some small items (tapes etc.) can be sent via the post. Please use the request a quote feature if you wish for a quote for shipping to a PO BOX/parcel locker address so we can first confirm that the weight and dimensions will be acceptable to the Australia post network.

Packaging
Particular effort is given to packaging all orders so that they arrive without damage anywhere in Australia. We have sent thousands of orders to all parts of Australia without damage due to our meticulous packaging!
