Shipping Policy

Stock levels
As a specialist in aluminium stair nosing since 2006, we carry several thousand lineal metres of stock at any given point of time. In the rare event that you order something that is out of stock, we will promptly notify you of the lead time. If you do not wish to wait for the product and do not want any of our available alternatives then a FULL REFUND will be made to you without delay. That is our guarantee.

Minimum invoice charge for orders containing stair nosing
Please note that as we are a manufacturer, a minimum invoice charge of $300 applies to the stair nosing portion of any invoice (before any freight, adhesive etc.). This usually works out to be around 12 lineal metres of stair nosing. We appreciate your understanding.

Production lead times
Orders are usually cut and sent out within 10 business days of receipt. If you require something sooner, please contact us so we can assist.

Shipping rates for stair nosing
The following shipping rates apply for orders containing lengths up to 2.9m long going to all metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. For all other areas and lengths longer than 2.9m, please request a quote by either completing the quote request form found on each product page or by sending an email to sales@safetystride.com.au

Shipping rates for non-slip tape and other boxed items
The following shipping rates apply for orders going to all metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. For all other areas, please request a quote.

    Non-slip tape and other boxes items:
    $20 inc. GST

Australia Post and PO BOXes
Due to the long lengths, we cannot send any of our stair nosing items via the post or to PO boxes. Non-slip tapes may be sent to PO BOX and parcel lockers.

Packaging
Particular effort is given to packaging all orders so that they arrive without damage anywhere in Australia. We have sent thousands of orders to all parts of Australia without damage due to our meticulous packaging!
